What it is

Domino’s Pizza USA is the ordering app for Domino’s restaurants in the United States, published by Domino’s Pizza LLC and listed under Food & Drink. It is free, rated Everyone, and has been on Google Play since February 2012. The last update was on 2026-10-22.

What it does well

The ordering flow covers the basics. You can build your own pizza or choose a specialty pizza, then add sides, drinks and desserts. Delivery and carryout are both offered. Joining Domino’s Rewards earns points that can be redeemed, and the app lists deals. After ordering, Domino’s Tracker shows each update on your order. The listing also describes a voice ordering assistant called Dom, a phone tap to call your local restaurant, and a camera option for capturing card details at checkout.

What the ratings show

The app holds 4.58 across 2,391,640 ratings and has 10,000,000+ installs. About 79.4% of ratings are five stars and 10.9% are four. One-star ratings make up 5.1%, two-star 1.8% and three-star 2.8%. For a single-brand ordering app, that is a firmly positive spread.

Where it falls short

Coverage is the first limit. Orders can only be placed with American restaurants, and Puerto Rico is carved out and sent to a separate website. The permission list is long. It names precise location, phone calls, camera, storage, microphone, Bluetooth, device ID and call information, along with network access and vibration control. Each has a stated reason, for example location for finding nearby restaurants and the microphone for the voice assistant, but it is still a lot to review. Menus, coupons and orders all need a network connection.

Regular Domino’s customers in the US who want deals and tracking in one place will get the most from it. Anyone who orders rarely may not need an app at all.

The data points to a single-purpose app from a single brand, and the ratings reflect that focus. The listing is reasonably thorough about permissions, which is a point in its favor, but it leaves out details such as fees or delivery times, so those cannot be judged here.

What we like

  • Covers building a pizza, specialty pizzas, sides, drinks and desserts
  • Rewards points and order tracking via Domino's Tracker
  • Voice ordering assistant named Dom

Watch out for

  • Works only for restaurants in the United States, excluding Puerto Rico
  • Requests a long list of permissions, including location, camera and microphone
  • Needs network access to load menus and place orders
Verdict: A focused ordering app that rates well at 4.58, though it is limited to the US and asks for many permissions.
